My Spoken Lullaby

I rock them to sleep with spoken lullabies of love. Love that never fails and endures through time. The love of their mother who prays to be enough. The love of Grandparents in heaven who are always near. And the greatest Love of all. The Love that heals broken hearts and dreams. The Love that soothes fears and promises a life complete. The Love that brings light to the dark and joy to the sad. Their lullaby is a story of children loved so deeply on both sides of the veil.

Since I was still in the HGTV mood from my last post, I decided to post some pictures of our new Kitchen remodel. I just LOVE a good "before and after" show.

This was from the day we moved in when the ceiling decided to fall in.

She was our best kitchen improvement!

We re-did the counter tops and backsplash in a granite. Then we updated all the appliances and hardware, lights, etc...but my favorite thing is my new SINK! LOVE the apron-front style.

Now I just LOVE to sit in my kitchen and watch other people cooking. It just makes me feel like such a homemaker.
