What Nate's been up to....

So, Nate had a couple weeks off from school and some PTO from work, and instead of letting him just chillax, I decided to put him to work! He transformed our outdated basement to an awesome apartment!!

Here is the new kitchen. Notice our awesome washer/dryer combo that fits under the counter. You just put your clothes in and in a couple hours they are washed AND dried...no switching! My dream as I always have to wash my clothes twice because I forget to switch them to the dryer.
Nate and and my bro Dave literally started from scratch in this kitchen and did EVERYTHING. New paint, floors, cabinets, appliances, molding, sink, plumbing, gas....everything. They did a REALLY good job. I kinda wanted to live there.....
Here is the front room with new paint that is still rockin' the awesome trim work that gives it a "rustic" look.

And here is the new bathroom. I WISH WISH WISH I had some before pictures of this bathroom, but for those of you that have not seen it, it used to be a Sante Fe nightmare!
