But, here is a super fun afternoon at "Color Me Mine" Alice had with Derrick and his girlfriend Alexa. Alexa is SUPER cute and fun and Alice just LOVES her. She calls Alexa "Nonny" and asks for her all the time.

Alice was totally into painting her piggy bank. Look at the intense look on her face!!
Still looking intense....the lady there said she had never seen a kid sit down and paint like this! I had to laugh because this is probably the only time Alice has actually sat down and been mellow in public...EVER.

Here Alice is telling us the hardships of being an artist. She just wants to be free to express herself without the confines of this harsh modern society.
Here is the final product. She truly is an artist. We are now teaching her the value of saving and she now has 3 "pretties" (pennies) in her bank. I keep telling her to save up for the swanky retirement home for Nate and I.

Soooo cute! I think Nolan needs to date Alice or Scarlett :) ok, so Nick told me about the lay offs and then I just read about it on your blog...I am so sorry! But things do have a way of always working out. Looks like you have a pretty good list of things to keep you busy.

So cute! Alice did so good, Collin would have broken 10 things and then screamed to leave. I love that place, me and Maura went there and got a little carried away painting stuff. Let's just say hers looked better than mine.
Die. Alice is the luckiest girl on earth to have such a hilarious mom. Her piggy bank was wonderful. Derek looks so good and has a hot girlfriend. I love your family!
