We were in St. George and decided to go find a cool hike. Mel found this one....Jen's canyon or something. It was gorgeous!

I am doing my awesome neck bend that makes Mel want to throw up because it looks like I am dead. It just so happens I am not dead, but I have amazing flexibility in my neck. Probably because I bend it to kiss that cute face in my sling.

Let's give it up to Nate for lugging Alice and a full backpack around. We have that same pack, and let me tell you, after about 20 min I am DONE. The Nub is ver heavy.
