My Spoken Lullaby

I rock them to sleep with spoken lullabies of love. Love that never fails and endures through time. The love of their mother who prays to be enough. The love of Grandparents in heaven who are always near. And the greatest Love of all. The Love that heals broken hearts and dreams. The Love that soothes fears and promises a life complete. The Love that brings light to the dark and joy to the sad. Their lullaby is a story of children loved so deeply on both sides of the veil.

Swine Flu Vaccine Play Date!

Alice and Chance were super lucky to get into a Swine Flu vaccine study. (If you know me, you know I am terrified of the ol' piggy flu).

Anywho, to make it fun, Ali and I decided to make it a play date for them. They had snack, watched Dora, then screamed bloody murder together when poked. Ahhhhh, the memories.
