Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad!

All of us siblings spent the day today bombarding my mom with love, attention, flowers and food. Maybe it was too much, but we just want her to know how much we love her, how much we miss Dad, and that she will never be alone on her anniversary.

What is this thing that men call death,
This quiet passing in the night?
'Tis not the end, but genesis
Of better worlds and greater light.

O God, touch thou my aching heart,
And calm my troubled, haunting fears.
Let hope and faith, transcendent, pure,
Give strength and peace beyond my tears.

There is no death, but only change,
With recompense for vict'ry won.
The gift of him who loved all men,
The Son of God, the Holy One.

I know your mom is happy to have you back. EVEN if you bombard her on a special day. I'm sure that having you around has made a world of a difference.

Love you!
